I have had my rum in a carboy for 10 days, and it is still fermenting like crazy. I used distillers yeast( not turbo) and 6lbs of cane sugar as well as 6lbs of molasses. Room temperature is at 74 degrees give or take. Should I be concerned that the fermentation is still happening vigorously?
    Thanks for any reply!
